Our first engagement was to recruit a Vice President for a newly-consolidated national customer service center. Assignments that followed included executive search for key positions in marketing, human resources, information technology, sales and general management – plus – providing counsel on strategy, structure and staffing for established and newly acquired businesses.
The company became a growing market leader with over $1 billion in sales and over 4,000 employees worldwide. Changes Needed in the Executive Team
The CEO/Business Owner of a leading supplier of process engineering, controls, products and services to beverage and food manufacturers across the U.S. faced needed changes in his executive team.
The first priority was to recruit a new CFO to provide strategic counsel to business heads as well as leadership for accounting, finance and all support services such as IT, HR and facilities. Results by the numbers from search initiation to candidate acceptance: 77 days

U.S. based ceramics manufactuer establishes new wholly-owned-foreign-enterprise and plant operations in Tinjian, China in 2007. Partnering with Shanghai based executive search firm, identified 30+ candidates, selected final 3 and recruited best-fit finance manager who is still serving in successful new operations.
